T cell receptor (TCR) is a heterodimer consisting of an a and a b chain (TCR a/b) or a gamma and a delta chain (TCR g/d). TCR-b is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and a component of the CD3/TCR complex (along with TCR-a). It is expressed on a/b TCR-bearing T cells and thymocytes. The CD3/TCR complex plays a key role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation. The MAB0872 antibody does not cross-react with g/d TCR-bearing T cells.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, and Blocking. Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
