Description

CD120b is a 75kD type I transmembrane protein, also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Type II (TNFRII) or p75. It is expressed on a variety of cells at low levels; the expression is upregulated upon activation. This receptor binds both TNF-A and B.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:1000
Western Blot: 1:100-1:200
Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
