RFP (Discosoma spp.) are intended for use in immunological assays including FLISA, western blotting, fluorometry and fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS).Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:500-1:2500FLISA: 1:20,000Western Blot: 1:10,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
